Inspect yard, exterior walls, roof, attic, or crawlspace as needed and give estimate for solution

$100-$150 (may be applied to cost of animal removal)

Live Capture

Catch on the spot and remove animal in confined area such as in a home or garage (or in the yard if it's sick/injured)

Trapping

1-2 non lethal cage traps set up for up to a 2 week period 

(You check the traps each morning and call when animal is trapped)

$100-$150 setup plus $100-$125 per return trip to pick up animals

Rodent Control

Seal entry points to prevent rodents from entering structure

$100-$150 inspection to give estimate to seal entry points 

Varied cost for sealing (there could be 1 hole or 20 that need to be sealed)

Rodent trapping available (or customers can do their own trapping after holes are sealed)

No charge to set traps--$100-$125 per follow up visit to check traps and removed rodents

Raccoon Eviction

Remove mom and baby raccoons by using eviction spray or hand removal 

$200-$400

Bat Exclusion

Install exclusion netting/cone to remove bat colony and seal 1 small area

$500 (large areas may cost more)

All potential entry points must also be sealed

Pigeon Abatement

Install optical gel cups in high pressure areas where nesting occurs 

$10 per cup plus labor

Dead Animal Removal

Remove deceased animal from yard, wall, attic, crawlspace, or vehicle & sanitize immediate area

General Exclusion

Seal all entry point that could allow wildlife to gain entry into structure

Price Varies depending on quantity, size, difficulty, construction material of entry point

Sanitation

Remove nesting materials, feces, and debris then sanitize area ( insulation reinstall optional)
